Yep, we bring everything we need! We prefer to use our own supplies and equipment because we know they're safe on your surfaces, and our Sparklers are trained and comfortable using them — so you can relax and let your Sparklers handle it.

We know clean homes and healthy homes go together. All of our products are safe for pets, and we make sure to use the right products for delicate surfaces like natural stone and wood — great for pets, kids, and anyone with sensitivities.

The following items aren't included in our Standard Sparkle, but may be available at an extra charge if agreed upon by written email prior to your scheduled appointment:Dishes/unloading & loading dishwasherOrganizing/putting away toys, clothes, or items on floors, counters, and furnitureLoading/unloading laundryInside of cabinets/vanities (*available for an additional charge)Inside of refrigerators (*available for an additional charge)Inside of ovens (*available for an additional charge — please note we're not able to disassemble oven doors, so we can't clean the inner door glass, for liability and safety reasons)Removal of screens to clean inside of windowsCleaning of crystal chandeliersVacuuming/mopping the floor around litter boxes (unless free of litter), or cleaning up pet feces/urine

We sure do! In some cases, the human hands can only clean and scrub so much, and we aren't able to carry all the necessary equipment to get those specific requests accommodated — but we have amazing referral partners around the community who specialize in organizing, laundry, floor/tile/carpet/furniture cleaning, window/screen cleaning, pest control, and more. Of course! Many of our clients work from home, and we're happy to work around your calls and work schedule. We are there to sparkle and will just pop our earbuds in and get to work🙌
