What You'll Do

  • Clean beautiful North Pinellas homes like a boss
  • Sparkle some homes solo and others with a team, so you're confident on your own and great with teammates
  • Follow our clear, detailed checklists, so there's no guesswork
  • Create fresh, sparkling spaces our clients can't wait to come home to
  • Care for your supplies and equipment
  • Speak up right away if something feels off or you need support

Dependability Is the Job

Clients book and pay for a specific time, so when a Sparkler doesn't show, a teammate has to drop everything or a client goes without. We're genuinely flexible about when you work. Tell us your availability and we'll build around it. We're not flexible about showing up once you're scheduled. Real emergencies happen and we understand, but a pattern of last-minute call-offs won't work here.

This Is Physical Work

For 4 to 8 hours a shift, you'll need to be able to:

  • Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach, again and again
  • Stand and walk for almost the entire shift
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds of supplies and equipment
  • Climb stairs and work in tight spaces, like under sinks and behind furniture
  • Handle daily exposure to dust, pet dander, and cleaning products

Must-Haves

  • You live in North Pinellas: Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor, Ozona, Dunedin, Clearwater, Safety Harbor, or Oldsmar. We know some great people are happy to drive in from farther away, but living in one of these towns is a must, so you can get to every Sparkle on time.
  • Your own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance (we don't carpool)
  • A working smartphone, since we use a few apps
  • The ability to get to every Sparkle on time, even if GPS glitches
  • Patience through training. Full schedules aren't handed out, they're earned.
  • Experience is wonderful, but we'll train the right attitude!
