  1. Clear the Clutter

    Pick up items from floors, counters, and beds so we can reach every surface.

  2. Secure Your Pets

    We LOVE animals! Please keep any pets who are nervous or protective safely tucked away during your Sparkle.

  3. Share Your Access

    Have keys, gate codes, and door codes ready, or send them to us before your Sparkle so we can glide right in.

  4. Send Special Requests Ahead

    Rooms to skip or areas to focus on? Email us at sandpipersparkle@gmail.com before your Sparkle.

  5. Tuck Away Valuables

    Put away or point out anything valuable or fragile.

  6. Keep It Comfortable

    A comfortable temperature and good lighting help our team do their best work.

  7. Strip the Beds

    Strip your beds and leave clean sheets on each one, and we'll make them up fresh.

  8. Clear the Sink

    Please clear dishes from the sink. We don't wash or put away dishes.

  9. Litter Box Areas

    If you'd like the floor around a litter box vacuumed or mopped, please make sure it's free of litter.
